Why wombat poo hits the ground in squares – not rounded or elongated pellets, for example – was one of the many marvels of the natural kingdom revealed to me on an instructive, and entertaining, eco-tour I just did on Fraser Island.

My Queensland road trip has started, with me heading south for the first location on my list – the Gold Coast and its Hinterland.
I’ve begun preparing for my road trip around Queensland to shoot 20 of its most photogenic locations, and I thought I’d start with a few pics of my own back yard (Brisbane) before I head off.
My world has shrunk somewhat with this wretched virus about so I’ve decided to head off on a road trip with camera gear in hand to explore Queensland.
