Papua New Guinea – The Gift (below), will be my 14th book to come off the presses. Due out next month, the book been a while coming but I wanted to finish my three year project to build a photo library for the country’s tourism authority before publishing it. Its the forth book in the series, created around the best images I’ve captured of , in this case, Papua New Guinea. With this one now done, we’re jumping back onto the internet juggernaut to develop e-book versions of all of my publications so they can be sold on Amazon and I-books. And we’ll be adding an e-commerce facility on my web site shortly so visitors can purchase them directly from here.
The message in all of this for any budding travel photographer is to understand that travel photography is a business. Capturing those images that make you swell with pride is just the start. Once that’s done, you should be looking to add value to them at every opportunity.
