SAUDI TEAM SHOT AT MADA’EN SALEH

The Saudi team

Above: A quick team shot at Mada’en Saleh – a world heritage listed site marking the crossroads of an ancient trade route where tombs have been intricately carved into towering rock faces. Its been a long few days for all of us – Abdul Kareem (far right), Sultan (right) and Abdul Aziz (Left) with cold, 4am starts (hence the wardrobe) and late finishes. Tomorrow we leave for Tabruk to the north and then back to the Saudi capital for a “show and tell” with the Crown Prince. Then four more days shooting before I return to Australia and hang up my cameras for the year and what has proved to be a particularly busy 12 months.

I’ll post a “best of Saudi” preview at the end of the assignment – Insh’Allah.
